Mango Mousse recipe
This recipe is in accordance with the Jewish Dietary Laws
Ingredients:
2 x Mangoes (peeled and cubed)
1 x Cake of silky bean curd (rinsed and drained)
2 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Rum
4 x Mint leaves
Directions:
Place the mango, bean curd, sugar and rum in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
Put the mixture in serving glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 30 mins or until ready to serve.
Garnish with mint before serving.
