Mango Smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped.
¾ cup of milk, skim, chilled.
¼ cup of non-fat vanilla yoghurt.
¾ teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
3 ice cubes.
Pinch of Salt.
Fresh mint sprigs.
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients aside from mint in a blender.
Blend until a smooth consistency.
Garnish with the mint sprig.
